Hello everyone! I've missed you guys! I hope that everyone is having a great start to the new school year. It's hard getting back into the swing of things....haha at least for me it is! I'm in my junior year so I am being bombarded with work (real tears). You've probably noticed that my posts have been a lot shorter for the past few weeks and that's because of all the homework I've been getting. I have no time!! Goodbye social life. I am also running for Vice President on the student council, so I've been busy making posters and preparing my speech. If you go to my school- skip the dilemma and vote for Emma (; I've been on it since freshman year, so hopefully I'll win again this year. They say a third times a charm, right? Fingers crossed.
Anyways, I've titled this weeks post 'how to look cute while comfy' because this skirt is literally so comfortable. It feels like you're wearing sweatpants, in a skirt form... sweat skirt? Haha! Also, this is probably the softest shirt I own. When mastering the art of looking really stylish, but secretly feeling like you're in PJ's; it's important accessorize. Without accessories you could end up looking somewhat bland, and NO ONE WANTS THAT. I paired my outfit with long earrings, statement sunglasses, and a silver clutch. Also- shoes matter. I chose these because they add a pop of shine. This outfit would also be cute with heels, it just depends on the day and my mood LOL.
Have a fabulous week everyone! See you next week.

Hey guys! I have a little collab for y'all today. This is one of my favorite blogging friends, Amanda! You might of seen her on my blog a few months ago, if you've been following me for awhile. Amanda and I both started school recently. BOOOOO! We thought it was only appropriate to give some fashion advice to anyone starting school soon. This is actually the outfit I wore on the first day of Junior year (minus the dark lips and rockin' shades, haha). After a long summer without seeing your classmates, it is essential to go back looking your best (but not too try hard). My number one advice to anyone and everyone is to keep it simple. Don't over accessorize or be 150% glam chic... Save that for the second week of school. ;) The first day is when you should come back looking like you tried, but didn't spend hours curling your hair. If you want to look like you just walked off the runway, you do you. I'm sure all my friends can testify that I over dress for school. But hey, I like it, and I'm a fashion blogger. YOU GOTTA DO YOU. DRESS DON'T STRESS. Hahah!
My pictures were taken in NYC. *Sigh, tear drop, tear drop.* I miss it so much!!! As you can tell this was a flower pickin' and sniffin' kinda day. I was in Central Park by the Upper West Side. Holy moly. I love the Upper West Side. It is so freaking cute!! There were so many shops and cute buildings without millions of tourists around. Love it. Love it. Love it. One day I will live there, just you wait, my blog reading friends, just you wait.
Hope everyone has a fabulous week!
