It's that time of year again, folks! It's fall!- well, almost. Here in KY it was crazy hot last weekend, but now it's in the cooler mid 50's. Yeeee!! Fall is my absolute favorite season. I'm pretty sure I say that all the time, but why wouldn't you love it? Big sweaters, boots, hats, fashion week, OMG the list could just keep going. My go-to fall outfit is usually a tunic, boots, and more times than other- my fur vest. The last couple of weeks I've been looking at all my sweaters and getting so upset because it wasn't cold enough to wear them...haha I'm so lame. When dressing for fall it is important to remember that layering is everything. Because it is a season of transition some days are cooler or warmer than others. Like you can tell from my pictures, I was wearing my fur vest but took it off half way through the shoot. Layering!!! Also, I've been really into pigtail braids lately. Idk why... but they are super cute. OH another exciting thing that happened to me: I got glasses! It's fashion for your face!! Maybe next week they will be apart of my look, haha.
I was so extra excited to do this photoshoot. Wanna know why? Because my friend Gavin did it for me! Gav and I have been friends for a while now, and he is probably the cutest human I've ever met. Isn't he amazing? He is definitely one of the most talented people I know. Gavin's work has won, and been nominated for countless awards. If you are interested in working with Gavin Duvall, or want to check out more of his work- click here to go to his Instagram! I promise, you won't be disappointed.
Until next time my fashion friend followers,
(p.s. I was watching a live streaming of fashion week as I was writing this. Here's the link to watch it too! )
